Minute 0- 5 | Awareness: Mental and physical mindfulness
After establishing an intention, the awareness portion focuses on becoming
aware of ones inner and outer environment. Focusing on the thoughts and
physical sensations being experienced while observing ones own judgement.
Minute 5-10 | Breath work: Directing energy through intention
The breath work portion focuses on discernment. Harnessing the power of the
breath to regain control of the self. This is an important time to create a safe
space to heal and express the self.
